We are, for example, one of few job shops offering both plating and painting capabilities under one roof. Electrocoating, Powder Coating, Insulative Powder Coating, Electroplating, and Dual Coating in any combination. Springco is the only U.S. job shop with unique powder blow coating technology for Insulative powder coating.

Additional Facilities and Capabilities

Beginning January 1, 2005 Springco Metal Coating purchased three finishing plants. The three additional plants are under the operations name of Springco Metal Finishing. The plant locations are as follows:

These plants in addition to the Springco Metal Coating Facility have a combined operation are of 295,000 Square Feet with four (4) Operating Electrocoat Lines, Two Rack Zinc Plating Lines, and a Rack and Barrel Phosphate Line.
